Abrasive back rower Brenig Hughes put in a solid display for the Blue & Whites in what was a tough day out in the heavy defeat to league leaders Rossendale on Saturday, and he is the 1st XV Ken Jervis Kia Player of the Match. For the 2nd XV, captain Andy Thompson led the way to a victory away at Handsworth that keeps Leek in second place in the table and challenging for promotion. Andy is kindly sponsored by Complete Cabling Systems, Alloy Hub and Campbell Building & Property Services.

And it was Ewan who picked up the award for the Colts in their impressive 50-0 win at Burntwood.
