Our 1st XV make the short journey to fifth placed Stockport this afternoon. There are starting places for Lee Williams, Joel Hine, Josh Nadin and Jack Newton-Taylor this time round as the Moorlanders search for a win to push the further up the table.

Our 3rd XV head to neighbours Longton for a Staffs Merit Table fixture with plenty of familiar faces. It's good to see vice captain James Fox back in the fold, Ben Wood making a welcome return from injury and Liam Hill running out against his former club.

And our Colts XV have a strong squad assembled to take on Burton in their Staffordshire Plate Quarter Final fixture kicking off at noon.

The scheduled 2nd XV game at Altrad Park has been cancelled after visitors Aldridge withdrew from the competition. The five-point walkover win for Leek means Andy Thompson's boys are just one game away from promotion.

So with no games at home, please get on the road and support one of the teams if you are able. Come on you blue boys!
