Two of Leek's young guns have been recognised for their standout performances on Saturday in the Ken Jervis Kia players of the match awards.

Young prop forward Lewis Dunleavy took the award for the first team with a steadfast display in tough conditions away at a strong Anselmians side, bagging himself a try along the way. Lewis is kindly sponsored by Advanced Proteins.

For the 2nd XV, back rower Anton Davidson’s physical performance in the loose stood out in a fantastic team effort in what was a cracking win for the side. Anton is kindly sponsored by Waterer Dental Care and Campbell Building and Property Services.
