Leek are proud of their reputation as a rugby club that offers a warm welcome to everyone, and to ensure that remains the case, the club have recently reviewed their bar policy.

The club have confirmed the routine opening times for the Altrad Park clubhouse are Tuesdays and Thursday 8.00pm to 10.00pm, Saturdays 12.00 noon to 9.30pm and Sundays 11.30am to 2.30pm (or 4.30pm for home girls’ fixtures).

These opening times may vary to cater for special events, such as televised international games, and other social events. These will be shared via signage on the bar and through our social media channels.

To maintain our hard-won reputation as a warm, welcoming club for all, members and visitors are reminded always to treat our lovely clubhouse staff with respect.

And while the club recognise the importance of the social side of rugby, they have reiterated the importance of complying with UK law. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to buy alcohol or to have it bought for them. The only exceptions are when a 16 or 17-year-old, accompanied by an adult, drinks beer, cider, or wine with their meal.

To ensure compliance, under 18s will be asked to vacate the premises by 7.00pm on Saturdays. The only exceptions to this are for Colts home fixtures, club social events and for private events.
